The Tasting Room.

We’ve always operated with the understanding that nature knows best, so why not mimic it in our Tasting Room? We are proud to be working again with Sigi Koko, a local architect known nationally for her sustainable design and natural building. While we can’t give away everything just yet, it’s safe to say the Live Edge Tasting Room will be a natural retreat for you and your loved ones. Think treehouses, upper decks, and living roofs, all built with sustainability in mind. With a lot of work and a little bit of luck, our Tasting Room will be open to welcome you in 2026.
